Securing Supply Chains for a Regenerative Future

We are a coalition working to transform how critical minerals and materials with commoditized value are sourced, reused, and reintegrated into the economy.

The way we source and use materials is changing.

Global supply chains often depend on newly mined resources, leading to supply shortages, high sunk costs, and unintended consequences such as geopolitical crossfire, environmental damage, and community harm.  The Circular Supply Chain Coalition (CSCC) provides a cost-effective solution to wasteful extraction.

By utilizing urban mining capabilities, we recover critical minerals from discarded products—minimizing waste, strengthening domestic supply chains, and creating new economic opportunities—while offering domestic feedstock options in key markets.

Through strategic alliances across critical mineral supply chains (refurbishers, OEMs, governments, community SMEs, etc.), we help industries adapt to shifting policies, trade regulations, and incentives that support urban mining solutions.

Our work ensures more secure supply chains by increasing access to locally sourced materials, reducing reliance on volatile global markets, and mitigating risks tied to resource shortages.

A better supply chain isn’t just possible—it’s already taking shape, ensuring long-term economic and environmental benefits for businesses and communities.

Our Mission

The Circular Supply Chain Coalition aims to create and scale regional remanufacturing and refurbishment hubs, securing quality critical mineral feedstock for our network partners.

Focusing on North America (the United States, Canada, and Mexico), the European Union, and Asia-Pacific markets, the CSCC brings together key stakeholders—including hyper-local collectors, regional refurbishers and recyclers, final processors, logistics providers, manufacturers, policymakers, and community-based organizations—to build a profitable material recovery network.

This platform enables businesses to integrate recovered materials into their supply chains, strengthening market resilience while reducing waste and environmental impact.
